Enough with the shotguns already
So cringe. Shotgun warriors are dookie.

They are removing quickdraw from the ape shotgun pool, so happy about that, still gonna be shotguns but they gonna be much clunkier with the aggressive frames

Shotgun range needs to be nerfed dramatically. People KNOW they're not balanced, and that's why you see so many people feeling confident enough to start sprinting and sliding at you from a football field away and still manage to kill you.

The current maps are stupidly claustrophobic there's nothing better to use in close combat, we are lacking bigger maps, that's why there's a lot of apeing. They removed the big maps for god knows what reason.

If you hate shotguns then you use cheese like bastion in which case you have 0 sympathy. Shotguns got nerfed so many times. We went from rifled barrel/rangefinder on shotguns being op to now QuickDraw being op. Funny how bots will never be satisfied but you guys stay quiet when it comes to bastion, arbelest, stasis. These weapons and subclasses are literally free kills where as shotguns you need to at least have good movement to get any benefit from them. There are tons of counters to shotguns but nothing can counter a bastion. It even one shots any and every super in the game. You guys really don’t know anything about the game.

I'm a shotgun 🦧. From my perspective it is quite dangerous for me to be running up on someone with the intent to get within spitting distance so I can unload 1 to 2 shotgun blasts for a kill. As you can imagine, I die a lot doing this. It feels amazing when I pull it off though, so I'm never gonna stop. Hell, I ape with Traveler's Chosen too. On behalf of the apes I want to apologize for breaking your ankles when we zig and zag, and/or for scaring you so bad you freeze in place while we run straight at you. We never meant to hurt you. Well... *Cough*. Ahem... We didn't mean to hurt you psychologically I mean. If we'd known you would be scarred in the real world outside of the game we might've behaved differently.

The reason why people have used shotguns and for that matter hand cannons is because they take the least amount of shots to kill. the most ridiculous thing about shotguns though is the unrealistic range. . quite frankly the fact that there is only two types of weapons mostly used in PvP it is boring. you need to Bawlf all the weapons so they are computable with these hand cannons and then not take any crying from the shotgun and hand cannon meta crowd

To me, I’m now able to tell who is bad at the game thanks to shotguns. To use one the only challenge is getting close enough. And with the ability to crouch and take you off of the radar for a sec, you’re literally invincible. So if you’re using a shotgun, you’re bad.

16 RespuestasDon’t primary within shotgun range. Not really a hard concept to grasp. When getting rushed and you SEE your enemy coming at you jump out of the way and counter with ability/special/sidearm. A lot of times I get shotgun kills because people don’t reacting quick enough or just have no sense of awareness

I use have to use Felwinters defensively so I can somewhat counter these titans/warlocks going 60mph that somehow got more range then my Felwinters

2 Respuestas😂😂😂😂 Yep no primary engagements just pushing with their shotguns out 24/7. Use the trace rifles since they want to abuse the special. They end up dropping so much ammo and it just shreds everything.

2 RespuestasIm forced to use mine in order to counter the shotgun apes, these guys always lose the 1v1 whenever they try to use a primary but they are godly at rushing like idiots and getting easy kills. Thankfully I learned to outplay these losers.

2 RespuestasRight now, the only direct change I'd immediately make is ripping Quickdraw off most, if not every shotgun frame. Other than that, tiny maps and an overabundance of special ammo do not make them any better. Making more maps for 6v6 or at least removing the smaller ones such as Dead Cliffs and Cauldron would be a start, and disabling scav mods in Crucible would help too.
