Don’t know about PvP but Black Talon was pretty decent in PvE and Gambit for me. It still is really, but I do miss the pre nerf version. Plus I can get up to 70 ammo for it with Mods.
Still my go to exotic apart from Witherhoard for PvE and Gambit.

How is Black Talon since the sword rework? I haven’t used it since then tbh.

Definitely not as good as before but still powerful. It’s more useful for majors and such I find. But it’s range attack makes it versatile.
