Unable to deactivate cross-save due to silver purchase.

I wanted to initiate cross play on my computer, so I could play on Ps4 and PC from where I am. However after I put my account on PC, I couldn't play on my PS4, and the only way was to deactivate cross-save so that I could play. However, it wouldn't let me because I purchased silver recently, and cannot play for 68 days. Is there any way to resolve it?

Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
