Breathe in through your nose & out through your mouth. If you're lifting weights, don't try to rush through & hit a number to complete a set. Think about what you're doing on every rep. Lift the weight quickly & lower the weight slowly. Don't skip leg day. Don't skip cardio. Do ab workouts every day that you can. Don't force it if your abs are sore.
