Remove the timer from master presage
yes i understand it JUST came out but it creates an artificial difficulty.

I'm a solo casual player and I only just now got around to getting my first real roll of a DMT. Yes, I know I'm late. A lot of other games have held my attention over the months so don't come after me. Lol. Do I think the DMT is a cool gun? Sure. Absolutely. I love a good scout rifle. Reminds me of D1's NLB sniper which I absolutely adored. Am I going to stress over getting the catalyst for it even though I'm 1340+? No, not really. I have a million catalysts I have to work on, but if I ever decide to get around to it and give it a shot, I will. I play the game at my own pace, do what I want when I want. If it means I have to skip out on endgame content like Grandmaster Nightfalls, Raids, and Dungeons, so be it. I can still have fun doing other things and making progress of stuff elsewhere. To those that find this whole timer thing easy, great. Congrats and I'm happy for all of you. You clearly worked for your reward. Enjoy it. And to all of us that either find the timer annoying or excluding, I feel ya. But there is still fun to be had in the game doing other things. Just my take on it.

Personally I’m against having a timer. If they expanded the encounters more or they have an intermittent timer that starts in the puzzle areas which forced you and your team to be on their A game for remembering the steps. That being said if they removed the timer now, even though I would be glad “I just want the cypher, I don’t care about flawless”. I wouldn’t like how that would just spit in the face of other players who busted their A**es doing it legit in teams or in solo.

Nah man timers fine you’re not meant to get it first try took me four or five runs but with a strategy and coordination it’s not hard to complete within the allotted time

Just come to say I totally agree seems a bit harsh just for a catalyst that you're going to have to do kills for or something anyway

What the f... just tried it, we ran and ran, went well I thaught but noooo f timer... just not enough time. I hate games they put behind a timer!!!

It's really not too bad, tbf after completing it we only failed once and that was by seconds.

10 Respuestaswhen did you all get so weak? casual? you want everything just given to you all on a plate or you cry. its easy done with 7-8 mins left. no stress no try harding its casual. and people like me like a challenge who like to actually do things in this game wonder why its so broken, easy and casual start to finish. people people like you and most in here cry constantly over stupid little things that means you cant just walk you way through and everything given to you

21 RespuestasYall are just weak. There's nothing wrong with the timer unless you're sweating your balls off to solo flawless or something. It takes 10-15 minutes with a competent group. You should know the route by now. It's not hard, grow up

4 RespuestasI don't like the timer. Bungie doesn't realize that not everyone is young and sharp and quick us old people need to take it slower. Discrimination against senior citizens I say. I ran it normal and still no pinnacle drop you owe me two pinnacle drops bungie pay up. Who knows how many weeks I have left at my age.

If there is no timer they would have to add real difficulty to it, like Glass and Attrition, and turn screebs into bullet sponges ,and add increased incoming solar,arc and void damage , and add extinguish so if you wipe you have to start all over I was against a timer at first, but the more I thought about it makes sense, they gave us a week to learn the route and the enemy spawns in the untimed version so we can be prepared to execute in the timed version

Guys. Ya'll are really complaining about this? The timer isn't even that bad, and it's easily doable with some semblance of a co-ordinated fireteam. The real issue for me with Presage is the disparity between how we farm DMT compared to how we farm Hawkmoon via Harbinger. Makes no sense, the inconsistency is bewildering.

Presage is easy. If you can’t finish it in 25 minutes, you’re just bad.
