Tried to do the quest "Reclaiming Europa" twice and it keeps giving me that same exact error in the same exact place. This quest is across the damn map btw and there is no teelport there which is ridiculous. So I keep having to waste my time driving all the way back to the same spot just to potentially get disconnected again.
