Indie studio? The -blam!- do you smoke my guy? They are a small " triple a " like studio. I say " triple a " in quotation marks because for a " triple a " studio, they sure don't act like one.

In some ways they’re not. In others they are. They’re not an indie studio in terms of size, but they definitely are in terms of creating and publishing their own game. They’ve taken on all the costs of producing the game and most “common” indie studios don’t even do that anymore. Either way his statement isn’t wrong. The studio does have to make money. The more they make, the better for the game. The less money they make, the worse the content/quality will be. That’s why BL is worth paying so much attention to.
