Looking for more female players to play with...
Hi, there! I am looking for more women to play with since most of the people I obviously play with are guys (duh)... I am 24 years old, female and from Europe, and I just wished there were more friendly girls in the community... I have come across a lot of territorial behaviour among women on this game, and I just want to have fun and talk about lore.

1 RespuestaI am a female and often join lfg groups for raids or other activities. There are awesome people in the community and occasionally I get across some toxic people, but this has nothing to do with gender. This is a video game, if you don’t know an activity there is people willing to help, if you know the activity you can find people for quick smooth runs. There are guardians, regardless of gender, who know lore and weapons and roll and so on, and who love sharing their knowledge. I am just another guardian in this game, like everyone else here, and most people I have played with think that way. Leave gender issues outside of the game and you will find a different experience.

I know it’s hard for real females in a game like Destiny, because they are either flirted with , or flat out rejected by insecure males who claim that girls don’t play video games My wife goes through it on occasion when we have to LFG for Raids , not often but on occasion there is a problem I hope you find a good group to play with

2 RespuestasI’m female, actually an old lady. Funny thing is, due to having a low voice many of the people I play with refer to me in voice chat as him, he, dude, etc. (my username is pretty obviously female?) I rarely correct. I’d join a female clan but would anticipate lots of questioning of my gender, which I don’t need or want. Have met a few nice women, though, for sure. Guys, too! Have also seen (heard) the fawning men (boys?) do when a high pitched female voice is around. Kinda weird. I think it’s partly immaturity, idk. Good luck!

7 RespuestasI get what you are saying about other girls. I feel the exact opposite as you though. I don’t want to play games with girls lol. I find them annoying. The ones I’ve come across seem to want to draw attention to themselves and the fact they’re a girl -“Hi I’m Hollie and I’m a girl and I game.... yup I’m a girl who games”. Who gives a crap. Can you play this game? Cool, let’s just play. I have a core group of guys that I game with and they don’t treat me any different because of my gender. We have fun and laugh and joke around. And we just game. It’s why I have a gaming console, to game. I hope you find a clan that works for you. I have seen and heard of a lot of female only clans. Good luck!

Jokes apart but I think if you want to play with other girls... it will be a small circle. I have been in clans and groups and proportion is very low and they tend to move on due to lack of girls and bumping in weirdos (same as life). I was in a clan and some really annoying aussies started calling a female player honey, baby, sugar and she found it offensive enough to leave the clan. Real world is full of jerks and this game has a fair share of them so unfortunately your experience won't be smooth. On the other hand, some of the best clans I've been in D1 were managed by girls and I was proud to be with them. However D2 killed most of theses clans so that's life. Most of my girl friends (not to be confused with girlfriends)who played d1 or d2 no longer play it due to some reason mostly related to social gaming so I can understand your predicament!
