I dont know why no one has mentioned this yet and why no one is talking about this .So my idea of a pve endgame replayable activity will be called Assault ( feel free to suggest better name cuz i dont think this one is good enough ) .
This activity will be another one of the core replayable activities like crucible and strikes .
These are just playlist of boss battles of 4-8 minutes long with light mechanics ( and preferebly no ads to fight but just the boss with different kinds of attacks you need to dodge and work around with) . Also it might be best way to bring back the strike and raid bosses and bosses from secret or exotic missions that are getting vaulted.
It will be very similar to how trials work in final fantasy xiv .
it will be matchmade just like strikes and obviously it wont replace strikes but just be another playlist of just boss battles with their own lootpool and vendor .
Also they can include bosses from campaign missions because i dont think anyone likes to run story missions as they do with strikes and if they do plan to include campaign boss fights then i dont think we need story missions playlist .
Would love to hear thoughts on this from other fellow guardians and hopefully bungie .

5 RespuestasIf it is endgame then it does not have matchmaking. Period.

2 RespuestasSounds like a different kind of strike and no way is it comparable to end game activities. Matchmaking? Lol

Anything that can be done (by design) with little to no coordination and communication should not be considered "end game".
