With the weapons so far. Before the new expansion, increase the vault size.
Maybe even increase the vault size during the new expansion.
Either way, we got 3 guardians that need to be customized however we want. Doesn't it make sense?

Are you hoarding Blues and Greens?

I only play Hunter, with my a Titan a d Warlock being mules. I regularly make sweeping passes through my vault to delete stuff I don't or won't need. I manage to keep my vault in the low 400s but man, is it annoying! If weapon rolls already unlocked were available via collections, or weapon perks were mods, even if they had to be physically obtained by dismantling and then stored, it would help a lot. If masterworked armor gave the 12 points for free distribution, that would help reduce the number of sets one needs to keep around. If armor mod affinity was reworked to allow all mods on all slots at their current price but discount them by 1 on matching affinity, it would help even more. A separate currencies storage would help. Some clarity around transmog would help... Just a little, as I pretty much gave up on that idea. Overall, the Vault is in a major need of an overhaul. Increasing space could delay the inevitable, but it's a hot mess that needs fixing.

4 RespuestasTop 5% player and vault space has never been an issue. Stop hoarding trash!!!
-
2 RespuestasFirst thing.. before responding to any of these people, check out their characters.. everyone telling you to just delete your stuff has the most garbage armor with trash rolls on, so they aren't exactly worth listening to..

19 RespuestasI've got like 200 in mine that I'm going to delete 100% of the day before the dlc lol
-
3 RespuestasOh boy. Get ready for the “manage your stuff better idiot” responses. You should have also asked for a change to the postmaster to really get the inventory Karens annoyed.
-
2 RespuestasSunsetting should help you there. Delete mediocre stuff

They won't. You spending more time housekeeping is more play time they can boast about.
-
God yes please! My vault is full of items I can't pull from collections and armor cause we still don't know how transmog is gonna work. I'd even be happy with 50 extra slots each season.
-
4 RespuestasI mean you can store 166 items per character and not have a full vault. If you don't use it lose it.

6 RespuestasIs every last thing in your vault something that you "cannot reacquire randomized gear from collections"? Or (as I suspect) are there items there you could delete and re-buy later from collections in the unlikely you even really need them later? Apart from anything else are you really keeping anything with a 1060 upper limit that is going to be sunset-ed anyway? What use will any of that stuff be in 2 months time?
-
I'm down to only 70 free slots in my vault. I 100% agree with this. Especially with having 3 chars to deal with, only 500 spaces is not enough. And with new weapons and exotics coming next season, managing all that gear is going to get tricky.

6 RespuestasEditado por GalaxySpider: 9/2/2020 7:15:10 AMYou know the technical reason behind it? Destiny is a sub-free mmo type of game and even now free to play. I don't know any ftp mmo thing which has a vault function of a massive size without paying premium monthly. Each item in your vault eats server capacity. Multiply that with every player right now and it would be hell of expensive thing just to support these sizes/numbers. Considering that some people stopped playing but still have decent fully vault is also a fact you, as the developer, have to consider because there is space taken but from an efficiency-pov it's a dead vault. Such a high increase will never happen therefore.

2 Respuestas"You could just manage your inventory better"... BUT.. adding an extra 500 slots would benefit all of us

2 RespuestasEditado por Snafu Gundam: 9/1/2020 8:50:41 PMNot gonna happen. Learn to delete stuff and better manage your inventory instead of hoarding.

2 RespuestasNaw they need to bring that crap to 2500. We have had too many additions of content to ask for a small number. If they was adding vault space while adding new content, we wouldnt be in this dumb situation.
-
I would actually play Beyond Light if they did. Not trashing what I've spent years working on just to not have to deal with clutter. Several loadouts are already broken over the lack of space last year.

2 RespuestasLearn to delete stuff. There's plenty of space
