The PVP in Destiny is a casual experience, and it always will be. Every player should feel free to voice their opinion about the crucible, streamer or not, but fighting against the core design of the game isn’t going to work out. On another note: you don’t lose engagements because the other player has a 600 AR and you don’t and TV will be the first to tell you that.

It true the easiest weapon(autos) also have the best ttk and do not punish for bad shooting or body shots. If I miss one headshot with my dire against any 600 my chances of losing that fight skyrocket and I consider a body shot a miss. It’s a sandbox that is helping bad shooters and entry level weapons and punishes players who use precision primaries. The sandbox was created to make it hard to use a hand cannon imo due to all the complaints from previous seasons.

[/quote] have you considered taking your own advice? maybe there are people that enjoy using gnawing hunger? or whatever it happens to be that you feel is 'too forgiving'? what if i'm playing not to get better but to just have some fun? please understand, not trying to be salty or anything, just there are tons of people that play, all with their own opinions of what their favorite load out is. to complain that something is too forgiving, when another person just enjoys using it is a bit weak. or that primaries should be rewarded over other weapons for whatever reasoning you have. it implies a superiority that people should think like you and play like you. also, understand, i don't care for pvp, rarely touch it. i used to back in the day with other games but by the time i got here and tried, i realized that there are too many in it for the 'sweat fest' and not the fun.
