Stasis Exotic Updates
Just posting a personal suggestion. I think Cold-heart should be switched to dealing stasis damage and Borealis and Hardlight should have stasis adding in but the swap be changed to the gun knock in the Cerberus catalyst. Buffing the reloads would mess up the PVP meta.
