Well I’m pretty sure enhancement prisms & ascendent shards aren’t able (or at least not supposed to) to be moved to vault.

I just asked a friend who has them and he used DIM to move them so it might not be the app that allows it

I’ve tried in game, the d2 app, and DIM...none let me move enhancement prisms or ascendant shards to vault. Are you sure you are confusing these with enhancement cores (which can be vaulted)?
