Because its not a weapon comparable to Mountaintop or even jotuun yet you have it on a high standard of "overly used" special weapons. Again with other weapons in the game and abilities what do you expect? The game has always been centered around special weapons most of the time bar d2 y1. Everyone always calls for primary nerfs and when they get nerfed people gravitate to specials. Nerf this nerf that, how about you just play the game as is.
