🤔 So what do you all think? I have seen many good legitimate points made about the game that would go a long way for the betterment of us all. Points that were well thought out and layed out point for point by some gifted minds here.
💫 For all of that time and effort it reminded me of that wise old Sage Yoda from Star Wars: Yes, yes. Pissed into the wind you did! Now covered with it you are!

13 RespuestasEditado por Alvin Thwait: 7/13/2020 9:47:31 AM100% streamers. I actually felt insulted that they did a promotion recently where if you donated subs to streamers they offered an emblem and shaders. This literally says Bungie told their community to pay streamers crap loads of cash for exclusive emblems. That is obscene.

3 RespuestasVon_Richthofen-_ you make some valid points and I agree that ever verse should be removed from this game. But Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

1 RespuestaThese dudes only listen to the dinging of coins in their vault. They could give two shits about us unless they need numbers and cash to show their investors.

The main gripe on these forums these days are sunsetting which I'm totally against but that decision wasnt requested by streamers - luke smith decided to do it out of the blue and is something that has split even streamers opinions. Bungies decisions for Y1D2 - double primaries, 4vs4 only, slow cooldowns, etc were are argued against by streamers Bungie listen to themselves and no one else
-
1 RespuestaLuke Smith has been a common denominator in the suck department
-
i'd say themselves, its their game after all. they can do what they want.

33 RespuestasEditado por Yosemite Sam: 7/13/2020 7:16:14 PMEdit: Other than starting a topic for just a conversation, this was more than obvious who they listen to. Just one of the opinions should have been themselves and streamers. 1. The community summit 2. The director using them to validate his own opinion 3. Come watch our streamers run content 4. Support our streamers by giving them money 5. Switching SBMM and CBMM like a kid playing with a light switch 6. Giving free advertisement 7. Letting them cheat in crucible for a good couple years and doing nothing about it until someone actually talked to a dev about it face to face 8. Ignoring the legit feedback that can improve the game from the community and I'm not referring to just this forum. 9. Putting streamers way above the entire player base 10. Handpick people for live streams, the yes guy/woman 11. Dumb decisions like changing masterwork cores to enhancement cores, thanks to streamers. For those that say this company listens to the community, show me one significant improvement this company listened to when it comes just to the community?

They listen solely to the demographic that generates the most micros, it is clear nothing else matters with the design direction
-
well for year 3 they listen casuals, i hope year 4 is more near hardcore
-
Sweaty ask for to remove SBMM (crucible get ruined) Hunter ask for nerf

2 RespuestasConsidering Bungie has been ignoring community feedback since Halo: Reach BETA I have to say themselves.

1 RespuestaLove how the folks who voted are just ignorant haters.
-
You should add reddit up there just saying they love to read all the praises and none of the negative comments which can be called "constructive criticism" to a certain extent of course that they get from their own forums.

3 RespuestasBungie DOES NOT listen to feedback, and the few times they pretend to, it somehow benefits them in a scummy way and they usually take the streamer side.
-
Streamers, the scap goat of the Destiny community Maybe instead of blaming streams try blaming the fans that support their views on the game, if you really hate them that much
-
Honestly man, in all these polls and discussions concerning this topic, it’s really about time for “youtubers” to be separated from streamers and be it’s own option. Many if not most of the highest viewed Destiny focused youtubers are not amongst the most prominent destiny streamers. Also, youtubers probably reach more Destiny players than all but the most prominent streamers. No general gamers I know in real life or destiny players in my clan would ever spend a second watching somebody play a game that they themselves are playing online. Youtubers reach a more general audience. But, to answer the poll and to provide my personal feedback on the streamer derision on these forums, I don’t think bungie pays any more attention to them than they do the average joe 10 hour a week player. But, I do wonder, why does the community think it’s such a bad thing if they did? It’s important to realise that prominent streamers/ youtubers, are not voicing their thoughts on the game. They’re voicing the general consensus of their communities. If they were voicing complaints contrary to what their community wants, they wouldn’t have a community, and by extension would be sacrificing their income. So why do people on these forums think that these content creators shouldn’t have more of a Bungies ear when it comes to feedback?
-
First I do not agree with all decisions bungie makes, some I absolutely hate Second , if bungie listened to everything people suggested or cried and complained about , this game would be way worse than it is now.

Poll looks about right as of rn.

Editado por TJ_Dot: 7/13/2020 3:44:26 AMI'm sure they listen to everyone, they just suck at responding to it.
People want to take off the tracker on an emblem, Bungie ruins them with a whole new system that lets you do it. People want interesting loot that isn't just a carbon copy of something else again, Sunsetting MW cores out of infusion, flood the core market, make Prisms and Shards for 2.0, eat inventories. Want a challenge, nerfs, stupid tanks only vulnerable to the season's predetermined meta mods.
Can keep going really.

2 RespuestasI do believe they listen to everyone. Every year when a wave of quality of life changes comes with the fall expansion I see changes and improvements that have been asked by people in this forum, as well as youtubers and streamers. I do also believe that sometimes Bungie gets a little tunnel vision sometimes with their new ideas, and totally miss the target on something that the average community member could have pointed out as a bad idea.
-
4 RespuestasThere are not many reasons for Bungie to really interact with this forum. It only makes sense interacting with the reddit forum since they make quality feedback instead of "everything sucks" in the Bungie.net forum.
