I've seen hip fire grip [i]and[/i] surrounded on snipers.
Just in case you want to hop into a mob of adds and start blasting away like a long-barrel shotty, I guess.

I’m sure Bungies defense would be “play your way” The irony wouldn’t dawn on them.

I mean atleast you could use surrounded for boss damage in pve. Like during the crown boss damage phase.

Better on a shotgun or a sword. I look for snapshot, quick draw, opening shot for snipers. Firmly planted is good too.
