Seriously, death adder is almost identical to recluse except theres no damage perks, ikelos sg is pretty much the same except i can replace threat detector with a couple perks bc imo tb is god tier so that doesnt change, and gnawing hunger is the same just a couple different perks and a different symbol in the top left of the weapon icon

Editado por Hellekeen: 6/22/2020 12:18:45 PMWe have a handful of weapons to level up for September ..not even a machine gun in there .. And leveling up 1060 gear feels like a big giant waste of time and resources . But masterworking new gear feels even more of a chore and waste of time .. If I could transfer my „masterwork“ perks to an identical weapon that would be okay but masterworking 1360 weapons is just a shitty feeling .. Sunsetting impacts the mood way more than expected .

3 RespuestasExactly why I've quit the game. I'm not gonna grind for weapons that are identical to the ones I have except for the little symbol at the top. Sunset my gear and I sunset my business.
-
I see nothing wrong with bringing back Year 1 weapons with random rolls and a mod slot. I do have issues with them bringing back Year 2 weapons with just a higher power cap though.
-
And people said Division was better! Ha.
-
3 RespuestasSo...real question...do IKELOS weapons drop from EP with random rolls now?
-
Not even, gnawing hunger has the exact same roles.
-
You cannot farm Recluse!
-
1 RespuestaThey simply just gave us some classic weapons from like over a year ago to bring with us into year 4... There is nothing wrong with that. We are gonna get a ton of new weapons and stuff in mere months. Why are you complaining?
-
All guns that haven't been given the year 2 treatment for random rolls.. Dont like it too bad.
-
Can't Regrind Recluse. It's a Set Roll. Plus Recluse isn't in the loot pool. I think you mean "Death Adder"
-
3 RespuestasThis is why so many long time players have just walked away from the game. When Bungie first started talking about sunsetting, this is what the old players thought was going to happen. Now it has started and we were right. They use sunsetting as an excuse to artificially grind more.

2 Respuestasequip your bad omens rocket launcher and open the drifter menu. you can compare them side by side. mine had one difference. a little symbol

20 RespuestasEditado por zJDz: 6/21/2020 3:04:06 PMYou know death adder was already in the game? As a static rolled gun from years 1-2? It is a fun we already had before. Recluse is actually a copy of that gun. But what you mean too say is: Why does my gnawing hunger with identical perks from last season only go to 1060 light and the one I just got from an engram goes to 1360 light? That right there is earning the same gun over for no reason other than to increase grind.
-
What reskin, they just changed an icon Lol didn't even bother to make new appearance
-
2 RespuestasDarth adder existed before recluse...
-
1 RespuestaA taste of things to come. And then they will get applauded for making us farm the weapons we already had.
-
death adder was before Recluse...
-
1 RespuestaEditado por lCHARLIEoMOPPSl: 6/22/2020 1:48:30 AMFarming for the same weapons is lame, paying to farm for them again is awesome
-
Its not a reskin of the weapon, just of the picture with a new icon. They never said they wouldnt do that
-
Reissuing weapons that previously didn’t have random rolls is fine by me. Reissuing weapons that do have random rolls is also fine so long as they have different enough perks to justify us reacquiring them or, if they have the same perk pool, simply allowing us to infuse our current ones up to the same cap. I cannot justify what they’ve done with things like Gnawing Hunger and Lonesome so I won’t even try to. If they come back identically, then retroactively increase our current gear’s infusion cap, simple. Also technically the Recluse is a reskin of Death Adder... Guns with similar/same models are serviceable so long as they avoid doing that for aspirational gear and have enough perks to meaningfully distinguish the two weapons. Honestly seeing these random guns very few people care about was the biggest weakness of an otherwise spectacular dungeon. Could’ve at least made them Trials of the Nine weapons.

2 RespuestasCasual reminder Death Adder is a static roll SMG from Y1 before Recluse was a thing. Though I'm sure you've discovered this by now... I hope
-
3 RespuestasOr the exact weapon I have a steel Sybil z-14 sword. The one I had before the change is capped at 1060. Just got another one after the season lunch it's capped at 1360. Why the f@#$ do I have the grind for the exact same sword if I want to continue using it?!
-
3 Respuestasit is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.
-
2 RespuestasHow do you farm for a new recluse?
-
1 RespuestaYou've farmed reskins since day 1........just saying.
-
7 RespuestasWhat you're talking about isn't a reskin, it's a reissue, which is a fundamentally separate matter. When comparing the two, a reissue is a better idea because it breathes new life into old weapons who's previous iterations were capable of far less. Death Adder and Ikelos are perfect examples of why reissuing is a good thing. The problem behind the reissue, in this case, is because it's being used as an answer to versions of the reissued gear that you already own being made arbitrarily useless for one reason; So that it can be reissued to you as new content.
