Bugged Prismatic Recaster
On my titan, I have a quest that says to "Access the Prismatic Recaster near Drifter". This was from completing the weekly quest. I have already accepted my reward from it on my titan, but it has shown up again. Whenever I try and click "Accept", nothing happens. Whenever I hit enter, the chat opens up. I have already tried logging out and logging back in. I can't level up my Prismatic Recaster because of this issue. Whenever I hit escape to go to the Prismatic Recaster menu, "RECASTER RANK REWARD" along with an empty engram slot with no engram in it replace where I should be able to level up my recaster. This has halted my progression for this season already. Can anybody help me resolve this problem? I don't want it to affect my season progression. Its only the second day.

This is an issue for me on my 3 characters now .. cant claim the engram for the new trace rifle .. lame

I’m also getting this on my second hunter missed last weeks interference mission so had to finish it which ended up still being this weeks interference mission and gone to recaster and now I can’t accept the engram and it’s stuck

Same problem here, on PC. Broken through the reset, so apparently I can't play this season at all.

Still can't progress past Level 1 on PS4. No new bow. No new weekly quest from the recaster. So much for this season.... Anyone else feel like Bungee is forgetting we pay real money for the season pass? This is NOT okay!

New week now sees no access to quest from recaster whatsoever, and apparently is stuck in limbo as to whether it was completed at all. Might someone from the dev team please comment on these issues?

Yeah I'm experiencing the same issue on my Warlock, and I haven't tried it on any other character. I hope they're able to fix it soon. I'd hate to lose out on some powerful gear, as well as seasonal progression.

Same issue, Xbox One X . Warlock. Bought Shadowkeep. Complete Contac & did the mission in the upper left of IO. Once solo. Second time joined a friend. Shows on the mission/activity I need the quest step. The quest step icon is on the map at the Recaster. When I approach recaster, I see bounties, mods, and the converter/rank up upgrades. Not tried my other characters. I initially jumped between each character to do the opening mission. The quest step is stuck on the character I did first. Dunno if that helps more or not.
