Came back to watch his tweet about snipers so I'm not just shooting in the dark. You have to understand that this is a controlled environment firstly and it doesn't happen like this in the wild. The other player was only shooting him every once in a while and not at all like a normal player would. The aim assist(its something else but I cant remember what it is atm) will always try to bring you back to the head or back to your opponent's body no matter what you use. It's a lot more or less noticeable depending on what you use but it's still the same thing. In a actual game you'd be getting shoot continuously and you'd constantly be thrown off target and on target. And everytime you'd be thrown off target it throws you further away from the target so when you're thrown back "on" target it's not where you started originally or it may not even be on target at all. Which is a very simplified approach to flinch as we know it. In order for snipers to get flinch shot kills three things need to happen. You have take the shot and not run(it seems like very little but its surprising how many snipers try to hold on to their ammo even when they're about to die). You need to try to fight the direction you're getting flinched to (which can be any direction) and hope that you make it close enough to the head to get the kill. And you need to pray to the gods. Again dont let these youtuber make your opinions for you.
