Seraph Towers Suck
Seraph Towers have to be one of the worst events I have ever tried to do. I haven't even beaten one fully yet. It is too chaotic and if even one enemy is near the tower barely any orbs drop. Plus sometimes there aren't even enough people to beat it. The power cap on it made it impossible anyway for the first few days. I think I'm giving it a pass and will instead focus on bounties. It's all I even can do at this point.

It's not that they are super hard, they are just really boring and not very rewarding. (At least for someone who plays pvp) let's be honest, not much can replace the menagerie.

Also, I keep throwing the balls at the ball, and even when there are NO ENEMIES on the plate, I get ZERO progress for the shit event. Wtf!?!

If ONLY completions awarded warbutts lol then we would see people actually attempting to totally complete the event. Until then, enjoy your 4 Warbutt coins

3 RespuestasI’m still not getting what the point of it is. Like other than bounties, wtf is the point??? You get the tokens for finishing it and a piece of gear for beating it and opening the chest.

Would be nice if it were possible with 4 decent randos. Occasionally people are set up for it but more often than not people can’t deliver the damage and you need 6 or so to do it.

5 RespuestasBarely any Warmind bits to participate in a WARMIND event! 2 bits at 2 = 4 bits in total for doing an event that clearly no one wants to do ... hardly anyone at the events on the EDZ or Nessus, I did get to the second chest once, only because I spawned in at the last few seconds.

2 RespuestasEnemy’s have to be directly on the plate not near it. And you actually have about a 1/2 second grace period before the tower pops grace period. I’ve got 21 clears. Shotguns, SMG’s and sword are you best friend. Try hat new warlock helmet for excellent crowd control. Use it will devour and Tommy’s for insane damage and survivability.

Usually some lower light people show up (bless them), but they get exterminated pretty quick and people start wasting time reviving rather than killing - tossing balls. I finished 4 of 7 runs and filled the weekly bounties. The Bits you get do not compensate you for the effort - simply a waste of time. Tried a couple times on the moon, but got nowhere with Randoms. I've never seen anyone doing it on IO, other than driving up to the flag for Supers and Ammo, then leaving - that's it. Seraph Towers will be another failed horde mode. Edit: I forgot to mention, haven't seen a single LFG Xbox post for people to get together for the Seraph events.

I enjoyed it on the EDZ, I thought it was fun. I tried to do the IO one though and there was never anyone there to assist.

1 RespuestaThey wouldn’t be as bad if you only had to do 3 total towers before the boss. But for some idiotic reason you have to do a total of 6. Just unnecessarily grindy.

They can be hard, that's for sure. You need at least 4 decent guardians to get it done. Your load out really makes a difference. You need to be set up for mega ad clearing. Something like Riskrunner really comes in handy. Also, use a sword!!! The event was made for them. Don't give up. I went without a single clear on the first day, and I was ticked. I changed loadouts and that really helped. Since then, I've got a bunch.

It's boring , repetitive dogshit. Plain and simple . Trials also is uninspired and recycled in 100% of it's entirety and a step down . What was the intent of this season ? I played one event and it has no enjoyment at all.

It's all I even can do at this point.[/quote] Don’t get frustrated. Once you get a good bunch of guardians working on the event it actually works pretty well. You can end more and more events with two chests. I like Sweet Business for this event because there are tons of ads and it can melt bosses if you land headshots and it is fully spun up. Even better if it is masterworked. I also play with max discipline so my grenades recharge every 32 seconds. Having lots of grenades helps clear those tower bases.

My only complaint is the invisible marauders. I have a lot more success on the moon, even with no frame and Valkyrie, simply because they don't sneak into the tower square and just hide. But it is very one dimensional and fairly boring for repeatability.
