But seriously speaking, best autos now have the same as forgiving optimal TTKs as aggressive pulses and even better high impacts have had since forever. This "auto meta" should go away in a couple weeks when folks realise they have the same weakness as all other higher RPM than hand cannons -guns: A hand cannon will beat an auto as soon as you stick behind cover with it and quickly peek out to take a shot and then go back to cover between shots. This way a hand cannon will get it's almost full TTK out while the auto will lose most of it's since the higher RPM equals far lesser instant spike damage. Standing out in the open to be hosed down is your own mistake. Slide sideways while slideshotting if cover isn't available. The auto'll have considerably harder time tracking you perfectly during the slides while you only need to tap 3 times for the optimal result.
