After having one of the worst experiences this weekend with crucible, I am looking to improve my online experience. Can anyone attest to a better gaming experience while utilizing a VPN? I use a Nighthawk router and I'm hardwired to it, however, I still have an abysmal online experience. I have a decent connection at 400 down and 50 up. Priority is to the console and I'm STILL always seeing a bad connection to the host. At this point I just don't want to be DDOS'd in trials but any additional benefit for VPN gaming I'd be interested in hearing. A quick insight to my knowledge of VPN's; encrypted data that assists users making sure it's not sold, stolen, etc. Edit: I'm gonna go ahead and thank everyone for replying here. The consensus seems to be not worth it for gaming experience, but, privacy is a plus.
