[but the eliksni weren’t guardians before, the traveler just gifted them a golden age as it did us.]

And that would likely have had Light-empowered champions, would it not?
-
[No, they didn’t have those during their golden age and according to all records we didn’t either. Ghosts just didn’t show up until after the Traveler did whatever it did that pushed the darkness back (temporarily of course) and put itself into essentially a coma.]
-
In that case Let the Fallen have a turn with the Light, thanks
-
[its not that simple bud. If the fallen were deemed “worthy” of the light/the traveler’s favor they would have a shot. But they haven’t been deemed as such, maybe because they’ve been known to butcher the species the traveler chose to protect itself but idrk.]

The thing is, Fallen only do what they do because they're desperately trying to hold off extinction BECAUSE the traveler left them. The Traveler is largely responsible for a lot of Humanity's threats
-
[well, yes and no. Many of their actions are currently driven by just desperation, but before house dusk a majority of their actions were done in the false hope to regain the travelers favor. Also, the traveler isn’t the cause of a majority of our threats, it wasn’t responsible for the Vex or Cabal arriving, and it most likely thought the Fallen had gone either extinct or were still holding off against the hive fleet that caused the whirlwind. The hive (and by extension the taken) were the only threat the traveler likely knew were coming after us, as it’s the only race in direct service to the darkness.]

The Hive, Taken, and Fallen follow the Traveler. The Cabal assaulted The Last City because they wanted the Traveler, so that leaves the Vex as the only enemy that really just doesn't give a damn about the traveler

Editado por NomadEnigma4154: 2/26/2020 6:44:34 PM[Cabal didn’t give a damn about the traveler before ghaul, who only learned of it from reports sent to home from the advance legions we fought in D1, and we can assume the majority of them don’t care from how the red legion has splintered after ghaul’s death. Hell, calus is aware of the darkness and showed up in our system afterward, that doesn’t mean he’s here because of the darkness. Also, as I said the traveler probably thought the eliksni went extinct when it left them. Plus considering it’s been comatose for lord knows how long, I think the traveler might just be learning that the eliksni survived. The taken only exist because of the hive, so they get roped in together. Finally, you are correct with your assessment of the vex. Hell, the vex hate both light and dark so they’re the only “neutral” power.]
