There are tons of posts complaining about weapons nerfs, or crucible issues, or UI problems. But a bug that impacts every single player during every single gaming session? Wasting the time of everyone who boots up the game? How is this allowed to go on for what, five or six weeks? To me this is the most important issue in Destiny, and more deserving of a fix than ANY other bug, exploit, or issue in the game.

It's not a bug to be fixed. They implemented batch loading, a la The Farm. When you're loading in that slow it's because someone with a terrible connect is in your batch and then haven't loaded yet. You just stay on the ship screen instead of being disembodied at the tower.
-
Yeah, cause fixing this is really easy?! Are you really that stupid?
-
I normally set off loading into the tower then go to work. I'm just about to land when I get home that night. I'm not sure why everyone is making a big fuss about loading times, just plan ahead like normal sensible people....
sarcasm
3 RespuestasRest assured if it was an unlimited bright dust glitch. Hot p patch in less than 24 hours.
-
Its unacceptable that there are 3 more weeks left in this season. The content was not 3 month compatible. 😂
-
Sometimes game devs don’t know what the problem is. Remember the rollback issue? Would you have guessed that the problem was chronological bounty sorting?

3 RespuestasEditado por BongRips4Wraith: 2/23/2020 4:06:02 AMAs someone that just started playing a month ago, this baffles me more than anything. You HAVE to go into the tower to get bounties and turn in currency but it almost always takes 5 minutes to load in on an M2 drive? Some people have jobs/class, every minute in a game like this is crucial. If your servers are too busy/bugged why not just put me into a single player instance until it gets figured out?? I've played and enjoyed some awful early access steam games but for something so integral to the game that wastes 5+ minutes in a loading screen is insane to me.

1 RespuestaIt helped Crucible, and if Trials is coming back, they want to keep the faulty "Black Screen fix" for that so that it looks all nice. So they'll take their time to admit that until they figure out how to make another broken thing they put in coexist in the game that was fine without it
-
Longer load times are required to justify the removal of paid content
-
Bunghole has to maintain their playtime stats any way they can.
-
Lol this is bungie you’re talking about. What did you expect?
-
More time to browse the Eververse store

2 RespuestasGet a ssd bro.
-
I was more annoyed to find out that it was a design choice and not accidental.
-
It's more unacceptable that we have 3 more weeks of this dull as shit season
-
Mate it's been going on for me since Shadowkeep, it even bricked my ps4 pro
-
1 RespuestaRemember when we didn't have to go into the tower to do "bounties" and everyone hated it and asked for us to be able to go to the tower so we could pick up bounties?

Everybody just stay the Hell off the damn game! That's not being mean or bad to anyone here, I'm just saying the truth here! If most people drop this broke ass game, Bungie will have to fix it! Bungie will fix the game or else it goes under. If it goes under, well it's not like it was our fault Bungie couldn't get it together. :/
-
I agree they should rush the patch out now. And pray it doesn't just outright delete our characters.
-
While they're at it, they still need to fix the god awful loading when you open your character screen and inventory.
-
1 RespuestaThey may not even fix it because it extends play time artificially.
-
1 RespuestaThe funny thing about the tower loading time is.... when they do eventually get around to nerfing the tower loading time - it will only be nerfed by 2%.
-
2 RespuestasDefinitely needs fixing but I’m starting to believe Bungie cannot fix it otherwise it would of been fixed long ago. Nobody wants their game to run poorly. It’s sad that Bungie cannot fix it.
-
Our ships were nerfed, also lol.
-
It doesn't matter to them unless your on PC.
