Anyone else.... miss V.O.G?
When was the last time you played VOG?
My last time was atleast 3years ago maybe 4. 2 of us would carry whole fire teams of blueberrys thru.
Are people still playing D1 solid?
2 man crota was even more fun than anything iv done on D2. Iv never even completed a Raid.... its so over complicated. Or maybe i dont have the right friends on D2...

2 Respuestas
2 of us would carry whole fire teams of blueberrys thru.
and this is why so many people like it. its not because it was actually good, it was because it was so forgiving.

The main reason so many people love VOG is nostalgic memories. It was fun, but let us now face reality. It was little more than a slightly harder Strike. They made it simple and straight forward to "Test The Waters" and have expanded on it since. The mechanics of each encounter took all of about 2-3 hours to learn and beat. After that people could just walk right on through it it less than an hour to get gear. There was no challenge to it after the first 3-4 times you beat it. Even hard mode was easy. That is why everyone wants it back so bad. It was easy. If they bring it back I seriously hope they up the ante on it and give us a real challenge. New bosses, more bosses, new encounters, and all new gear.

3 RespuestasVOG was great. D2 raids are better and no more complicated than the D1 ones. The endless repeating of this weird "D2 raids are too complicated" lie is so weird.

1 RespuestaThere were a few things I totally hated about that raid. 1) At the first boss encounter (don’t remember the name) It seemed like I would always get put in that stupid bubble during the damage phase, and have to shoot my way out. That was lame and annoying. 2) “Never” got Fatebringer. After getting six snipers in a row I didn’t even want to do it any more, especially when all my friends got it very quickly. 3) It took way too long to get Vex Mythoclast. I only got it after it was already nerfed, so lame. My buddy got it on his first run through. That totally pissed me off too. So, all in all I’d say the Crota raid was by far the most fun and most rewarding.

2 RespuestasIt wasn't better, you just think that because of nostalgic value. Yeah I agree it was great, but the D2 raids...last wish, GoS...are the best raids they've made so far in terms of both mechanics and bosses.
-
Can't say. I need to raid more in D2.
-
You do, garden of salvation is almost exactly pound for pound like VoG but with added mechanics.
-
6 RespuestasI quite like the Destiny 2 raids, but man has nothing come together quite like Wrath of the Machine. That is the standard I set all raids to.

Vog best raid by far

1 RespuestaFrom time to time I get back on D1. I can find teams through the PS4 community "Destiny's destiny". Always ppl lookin to raid there. VoG and King's Fall are superior to any D2 raid.
-
1 RespuestaVOG had WAY better rewards than anything in D2
-
All destiny 1 raid are god tiers
-
All four of d1's raids were better than d2's
-
3 RespuestasD1 was better in general than D2 in my opinion
-
2 RespuestasVog was nothing special. Pretty braindead raid in my opinion. Doesnt mean it wasnt fun, but man you could literally let half the team do nothing and still beat the boss
-
2 RespuestasI liked the D1 raids, in D2 it's too much jumping, racing, puzzles, heavy mechanics etc. etc. I like most of the shooting parts of this shooter, but all the other things (especially the puzzles) and the bad rewards are simply annoying.
-
1 Respuestai'm not a raider. I don't raid in D2. But i did like VOG and ran it 50+ times but I liked it cause lots it was just shoot lots of shit. There wasn't a ton of super weird hard core raider difficulty mechanics. As a pvp first person that was more fun for me. I stopped raiding after a rather unfun kings fall raid. We finished it w/o much hassle but i didn't have fun and that was it for me.

3 RespuestasVOG was cool but extremely overrated.

There needs to be a eh option Vog had some amazing rewards but thats it Crota was the worlds glitchiest strike Skolas(yea i know) was just obnoxious Oryx while done great... oryx was glitchfest central.. Wrath was quute frankly the best... most rewarding for your time Now d2... Leviathan has the most interesting concept for any raid Eater is hillariously short, sweet, and just like crota...a strike Spire can rot in hell Last wish... while great and quite frankly the longest of any raid... the way they did the final chest(s) ruins it Crown... slow and unappealing(the armor looks good tho) Sotp... the raid u do when u need a proper raid done but u want a short raid.. also gave us anarchy which is god tier Gos.... short but stupidly mechanic heavy
-
I agree because I'm a solo.
-
Had my fill of it. Wouldn't to see it back without trimming the first half down some. It's just a lot of standing around
-
In general Vex raids seem to have that extra oomph compaired to other raids. Except King's Fall. Oooooohoho I still get that feeling when I see King's Fall. Easily better than most every single raid in D2 imo
-
2 RespuestasD2 is a horrible rendetion of D1..3 years and the only thing in D2 that may have helped D1 ? A ledge grab. Rest the games about how much cash can we get from new players every month for least amount of effort. That's why they get away with so much rehashed loot and content. The year one D1 players are long gone , and if your still here you've wasted enough time to play another 20-30 amazing games

2 RespuestasCrota and vog were super fun. Relics were cool 🙂

1 RespuestaNever got my into d1 raids. Could not get a fireteams but I really enjoy the d2 raids. Guess I missed out on big things in d1
