Issues with Licence's after moving to steam.

Hi, Im hoping someone on here can help as im beginning to pull my hair out with this situation, On the 08.07.2019 I bought the " Destiny 2: Forsaken Complete Collection" This was to include all DLC at time including the Forsaken DLC pack. I still have the original blizzard email containing my order number and confirming my purchase. As we were told about the bungie to steam change over i completed the PC mirgration as i was told i needed to in time for the 1.10.2019. Since logging on to the game post move to steam not only has ALL my character data disappeared but it is now also saying that i don't have a forsaken Licence . I tried contacting support on bungie.net as i thought it may have been a cross save problem to be told that it wouldn't be looked in to as it didn't fit the type of ticket i had sent. I have now been told to try reporting it on here so im hoping that maybe someone can assist in recovering my data and also sorting out my licence for forsaken. (I can most certainly can give the order number to confirm purchase if needed.) i have tried re doing the pc move and the DLC pack still doesnt show. ( i will say i did start a new character as i was supposed to be playing this with my partner and wasnt sure what else to do so any character data that shows was created on the 21.01.2020) Please help with this situation.
