Destiny will make the player base pay every 3 months or so give us like no content and not even patch and balance the game. Destiny devs do you plan on fixing all the broken things or just leaving them for another year or so...

To all those defending “it’s just $10” I have this to say: I sonny care what we pay, as long as we get actual good new content. We haven’t has that since forsaken dropped. Not happy at all with this model.
-
8 RespuestasWow $10 is jUSt sO MuCH to spend on a game that gets me BEYOND days worth of gameplay and entertainment. $10 could buy you a 15-30 minute meal. It's well worth the purchases.
-
$10 is a single slot spin, the push of a button damnit. Just take the loss and move on, i know it sucks though.
-
5 RespuestasSo, while I can see the point that for $10 you get enough content....it's basically $10 to keep the mediocre gravy train going. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good. I thought when Bungie took over we would see more stuff like Taken King, Forsaken, etc. Instead we really got a pretty average DLC with an even worse season pass. Increased focus on Eververse, decreased focus on general content. I really think Bungie was ready to move on to Destiny 3 but when they saw a nextgen console on the horizon they said "wait...we'd have to create a game for both generations then, that is way too much work"...so instead they flipped to milk mode, "how can we get these idiots to pay us more money to do bounties?"...It's sad, I really have enjoyed so many moments in this franchise, but it'll never reach its potential.

4 RespuestasIt’s not what have we paid for and it’s not the FOMO that’s driving the players away. It’s the circular loop that resets after each season taking the progress a player has made with it. It’s the lack of new content and having the same ole same ole. A players time invested in game needs to be rewarded. Here’s a scenario for the young and dumb. Oooh look an 85 pair of Righteous Boots. Fast forward to Next season. Can’t use the new seasonal mods on this pair of boots. That sucks. So my best pair of boots I can’t keep current and I have to grind for another pair of boots. That sucks Let’s do some bounties. Yaaaay! The bounties are so boring. They feel like a chore. I’ve done every activity 100s of times and this is just more repetition on 2yr old content. Where is the new content? Oh yeah I only paid $10 bucks. Not another horde mode. Really. Yeah. Game is definitely less fun to play. Two words Ladies and Gentlemen Pathetic Development

12 RespuestasThis season so far it's been: -Sundial activity -2x story missions and quest line to save Saint-14 -obelisks and bounties from them -premium track on the season pass Still got more to come but it's not bad imo
-
we pay for access to the premium pass, the seasons quests and the seasonal activities/exotic quests
-
Again, not "making you" pay for shit. And it's the battle pass price point. Let bungie tell it you're getting a deal.
-
What do you mean balance the game? They make stuff strong and nerf stuff to create demand for new meta guns. If every thing was balanced, there's no need to get new guns because you have what's good already.
-
You pay for endless bounties, fetch quests and a shitty season pass that doles out shineys every few levels to keep your brain dopamine levels feeling slightly rewarded. Welcome to the fomo treadmill 👍

1 RespuestaThe two missions that were actually ok with this dlc are not even replayable. Bungie has totally lost the plot
-
1 RespuestaContent costs less than a mediocre meal, and nobody is forcing you to buy anything.

2 RespuestasStarted out free to play (new light) last season, enjoyed it, and bought the season this time. IDK, I kinda like to support a game I play so I am OK with throwing some $$ at it. Not sure if I will buy the campaigns, maybe if they lowered the price of the older ones to $10-$15 I might. Frankly I might move on to the next game, will have to see. The problem with D2 is that... it seems dead. What I mean is that nothing changes. I would like the worlds to evolve, change things up every season, etc. Nothing major, just new story lines, add a baddy over here, etc.

24 RespuestasEditado por Forza: 12/23/2019 3:14:37 PMYou realize you payed 5-10 for this reason right. That's not even meal at a fast food place. Edit: *sigh*..... I'm a hardcore endgamer. This season is boring and the sundial it irrelevant. Im just saying you can't criticize the season based on the price. The season itself isn't that great but it's still 10 at max or 5 depending on if u think u payed 10 last season or not
-
It seems like it's just a sub fee now.
-
1 RespuestaYou arent forced to pay. You can play the free version.

4 Respuestas
Destiny will make the player base pay every 3 months or so give us like no content and not even patch and balance the game. Destiny devs do you plan on fixing all the broken things or just leaving them for another year or so...
If you are actually going to complain about spending 10$ every 3 months for as much content as it contains then you really shouldn’t be spending the money.

4 RespuestasThis is why I gave up on this game. I’m not spending money just to do chores in a virtual sci fi world, when I can do actual chores in real life for free. I’m not spending money to earn loot that’s going to get nerfed because people cry about it on the forums. And I’m no spending money on a company’s game that they refuse to fix despite the plethora of bugs, glitches, hacks, and errors that plague this game Bungie can take their drip feed content and shove it right where the sun don’t shine

$10 for content. And they are. But ok.

Editado por TheWanderer17: 12/23/2019 5:52:29 PMI waste more on things I spend less time on. It's well worth it imo. Saint 14 story was ok. I enjoy the new menagerie map. New weapons are neat. Plenty to farm and get there when I get there. Always room to improve. But imo reasonable delivery. Let's see how this continues to evolve.

9 RespuestasIts 10 dollars for 3 months of game play. Put off one happy meal that only lasts 5mins and your set.

Honestly, what do you possibly hope to accomplish with this type of thread? Newsflash: it isn't going to change. Personally I think its fine and I think the amount of content we're getting for $10 is very fair. Not to mention you're an idiot, they just did a hotfix patch literally 6 days ago. To answer your question of "What do we pay for?" you pay for the content. If you don't want to pay for that content then don't pay for it. You still get to play literally everything else in the game. You're not locked out, your progress is not gone and you'll not be out any additional money. Holy crap man, back in the subscription based days you HAD to pay monthly just to play the damn game. Now that was a joke. This model? Incredibly fair because you don't have to pay it if you don't want to. People like you are incredibly annoying, go away until you have something constructive to say.

I play to relax and unwind from work.

3 RespuestasSo let me get this straight, you're complaining about choosing to spend money on content that you feel is not meeting your expectations? I mean I will 100% agree that the "new" content is bla, broken, and 99% reused content. That being the case, you are not forced to spend your money on the content, that is completely a choice you made. A good chunk of the content we get is free anyways. If you don't like the content then the simple not to mention obvious solution is not to spend the money.
