Why does the robes have their own shoulder plates? And my gauntlets only affect my wrist and elbows. This is a bad design change in my option and destiny 1 warlock robes and gauntlets were better I think this design choice should be reverted.
I know some people might not care but warlocks looked much better in destiny 1 and I think it should go back to the old design.
Old is gold.

all the classes looked much sexier and realistic in d1

2 RespuestasCan yall get the voidfang vestements back? DAMN THEY WERE HOT
-
please bungie please

Just wish it was more “majestic “. Also would be pretty cool if there was armor with no robes. Idk if anyone here remembers the SRL armor for the warlock I’m D1 but that chest piece was pretty cool looking. 🤷♂️ just me thinking.

9 RespuestasHonestly, I don't think Warlocks ever had good armor. The gauntlets were always like that, some of the only good helmets were from raids, trenchcoat chest pieces all looked identical, boots you could barely see, etc. If you're looking for good armor design, look for Titan gear. Their plating's much more ornate.

5 RespuestasDude, bungie has actually brought D1 warlock armor into D2, but no D1 warlock armor with exceptions to a few were bulky and disgusting looking. Just couldn't find it in me to be a fan of that armor style. The Trials of the Nine, Solstice Armor, Gensym knight Robes, and The Great Hunt armor are honestly some of the most appealing armor in the entire franchise. Feel free to disagree

They are on sale at the E store.
-
Armor as a whole needs to go back to D1. Most D1 armor especially end game was 10x better than anything we've seen in D2. It was more unique, more creative, showed far more effort was put into it, and it actually felt special, not to mention much of it had unique perks, and stats, could be rerolled.
-
Completely agree!!!
-
They still haven't fixed the visual bug where the lower half of the chestpiece disappears completely. Ironically, some sets look better that way (depending on your pants/shader).
-
I love/miss the trench coat like designs for the warlock....really don’t like the robe/dress types
-
1 RespuestaTangled web robes are probably the closest to the CoE armour, they look pretty nice with a decent shader. Inspect my warlock, I'm really happy with my warlock for the first time since that dope WOTM Heroic armour from D1
-
I think it was to avoid clipping
-
I swear, I remember tons of posts in D1 about how bad the bathrobes looked... I think everything looks better in hindsight.
-
I think alot of the designs were better for d1 hunters titans and warlocks. I miss those old cloaks that went all the way to the floor. Let me say i lost some crucible matches cuz i slipped on my cloak

2 RespuestasEscalation Protocol, GoS raid, and this new season armor look good. There’s plenty of ornaments for exotics as well.
-
1 RespuestaDeathsingers gaze best warlock armor ever
-
2 Respuestasi agree, especially the helms too, prettyy much all of D2 warlock helms have this lil vex vagin.a in the middle,
-
I'd like the short robes when u were a noob , like, idk how to explain , it was in D1. It looked great And this season's armor is meh to me ( I loved the Wrath of the machine armor on warlock ,sad
-
I feel like all armor designs for all characters for all game content and raids needs to go back to d1 style all the characters had some sexy armor now it's just ehhh
-
1 RespuestaWarlock armor is absolute trash with the exception of EVERVERSE SETS. Namely the dawning. I wonder why?

1 RespuestaLet me fix this title " Destiny's entire game model needs to go back to the way it was in D1". Then make actual improvements from there. You know.... What you should have done the first time.
-
4 RespuestasOr they could de-robe, add other styles, go naked, or just switch it up. Not everything needs to be a robe.

2 RespuestasEditado por Lord Magris: 12/19/2019 6:43:27 PMWhat, you don't like fighting the Darkness in bathrobes? I see your point.

I think and most D1 gear overall just looked way better (and most guns for that matter). Like Crota's End, Vault of Glass, King's Fall, Wrath of the Machine. All had really great looking gear and Iron Banner stuff too. IDK I really only really like'd Forsaken's Raid gear and legendary armor set so far in D2. (However, I'm really loving the season of dawn Saint-14 theme stuff but again I think the armor is lacking just a bit...)
