Something that may get me shot
This is a semi political opinion that will upset a lot of people. If you don't want to read it, then don't.
[spoiler]Steak should be cooked Medium-Well to Well-Done. I want to feel the tension in each bite, and really get that greasy flavor from a few extra minutes on the heat.[/spoiler]

My first choice would be gibbeting, but last time the neighbors complained about the smells and it drove down the property value on Zillow.

2 RespuestasI no longer eat meat, but I used to eat my steak medieum well, to well done. My life was changed (at the time) when I was shown how amazing a steak is at medium rare. I will say, medium rare is the way to go.
