Shadowkeep season pass not given PLZ HELP
I just bought shadowkeep today and the store said free season pass with purchase of the normal edition. I have been looking for a solution for a while, but haven’t found one. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to get my season pass I payed for? Thanks to anyone who can help

7 RespuestasWhen did you set up Cross Save? If it was very recently, I have an idea on what happened to your Season Pass. The Season Passes are redeemed on the first login of a character on that platform. If you logged into Destiny prior to enabling Cross Save, then the Season Pass bound itself to your Steam characters. Then, when you enabled Cross Save, making your PS4 characters your active account, the Season Pass would not be available to those characters. You have two choices right now. Break Cross Save, and play with your Steam characters which have the Season Pass, or purchase a new Season Pass for your PS4 characters. If you choose the later, the purchase is $10 in Silver, and is done in game.
