Yup because were stupid and won’t notice 🤔#never forget xp throttle 2018

From my understanding Bungie didn't reach there targeted goal in SILVER purchases. Now they have to make up the lost for thos who will spend on cosmetics. And greed yeah its greed.

It's called greed. Look it up.

10 RespuestasWhy in the world would you buy a sparrow! Absolute madness, you think anyone notices as you whizz past, does anyone care what you ride? If they did I would want a sparrow for achieving something difficult not to say I have more money than sense.
-
9 RespuestasI hope they triple prices. People who buy silver have enabled this nonsense. You deserve it.

Shadow keep is Fail ! Now pay me 1200 silver for answering your question ! Edit : Oh oh it’s been 12 minutes now you pay 1400 !

15 RespuestasEditado por TheShadow-cali: 10/29/2019 10:57:03 PM"Bungie is broke, they need the money" At least that is what some are trying to push off on the community. Actually, I'm starting to believe it knowing Bungie doesn't know how to manage their money and keeps saying "'we ran out of resources". So this means use the player base to bail them out because these "adults" can't manage their own money? For all the ones that think they are being clever making dumb remarks. Everyone knows "you don't have to buy anything" so stop using that weak at best argument. Tess was created for this... https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/13672/7_Introducing-Eververse-Trading-Company
Our plan is to use these new items to bolster the service provided by our live team for another full year, as they grow and create more robust and engaging events that we’ll announce later this year. It has been, and continues to be, our goal to deliver updates to the game. Going forward, our live team is also looking to grow beyond vital updates and improvements to focus on world events, experiences, and feature requests.
Back then I knew things would change for the worse with Eververse and here we are, with this new Bungie not updating the game properly as they did with D1, giving the new raid hand me downs from Tess, slapping leaves on old gear/weapons, barely any new loot added to the game other than making sure Tess is well taken care of. This is an issue no matter what anyone says. Tess takes away from the game as it was created for. This is supposed to be a looter shooter and Destiny can't even be called that now. There are so many things that have not been added to this game that it's absurd for this company to use Tess as a filler because of their lack of effort.

When I get all expansions for free il not mention eververse again but we know that won't happen. Tess is the only vendor that gets fully stocked every season, that's the saddest part of it all.

Greedy Bungo. D2 could have and should have been some huge engaging FPS space opera. Instead we get an overpriced dress sim of low quality, that is lacking in every regard, especially fun, compared to D1. Throw money at the screen, or don't. Just know that if you do, you are supporting and encouraging mediocrity, as well as falling prey to pricing analysts whose sole function is to extract as much money from you as possible for the worthless digital dress crap you so covet.

5 RespuestasI just want to know where that money is going? Doesn’t seem to be used for events since FOTL is exactly the same as last year. That’s a Todd level lie at this point.
-
Destiny is great value! You buy now, 300% bonus coin! (sorry, I've seen too many shady bitcoin gambling site ads lately) I feel nickel-and-dimed though. I bought into eververse in D1 when it was supposed to be supporting the live team and new events. But now it's clear that it's part of supporting the entire business model.

They’re greedy -blam!-. People who say oh it’s free to play blah blah, that statement is invalid. If bungie stopped charging for DLCs and season passes then sure eververse would be fine.

2 RespuestasEveryone, this is a losing battle, no matter how many posts go up about this for 1 very specific and important reason. They don’t need veterans anymore. Why? New light. Every person frustrated with the changes in game AND quit outright get replaced with maybe 5 or 6 new light players. They buy cosmetics and fill the pockets of eververse. Your not just fighting eververse. Your fighting new light itself. Did anyone other then me find it a tad suspicious that new light came 1 season after the eververse changes? It’s a simple and rather brilliant trump card by bungie. New light was made simply to replace all frustrated players with sheep to buy good ol silver. They knew it would be simply easier to con newer players, not familiar with previous eververse utilization then to try to “convince” veterans to buy it. You can’t possibly win this fight.
-
so what they have a right to make money

-
Okeh, Your poor
-
I dont give a -blam!-. Muted.

1 RespuestaDon’t buy anything for silver! You enable Bungie and they need money without Activision.
Sparrows were 600 silver in opulence and increased 2 700 beginning of this season, now its 800?
The true endgame boss battle is Fenchurch

Just a reminder that Bungie was caught XP throttling and their response was: F—K You how’s an engram every 5 levels instead that rewards old items!? Also for you loyal defender agents regarding F2P: this isn’t Warframe. A major portion of MTX proceeds are going to Bungie’s stated goals of transforming the business from a studio developer into a publisher with multiple IPs. That’s fine they can run their business anyway way they feel they should. Just be aware and don’t let the defender agents propagandize as the sanctimonious white knights tend drive a rosy narrative about their beloved developer.

Whether we wanted it or not we've stepped into a war with our wallet. Bungie, from what I gather they are bunkered up in their headquarters overseeing their game from high end computer equipment. Their servers are well protected, but with the right team, we can gain access to their office sit down and ask them what they are planning to do. Good luck, Guardian.

I used to buy all kinds of eververse stuff when it was less than 300 silver I refuse to pay a large percentage of the value of my game just to get one cosmetic item now
-
3 RespuestasI'd rather see the game die that give money to Bungie through Eververse. Prices are ridicolous, both with Silver and Bright Dust. Also, Bright Dust is a hell to grind with the new Bounties system. No way I'm going to give money to them. No effing way. Everyone is free to spend their money as they want. Not here to judge. This is just my personal opinion.

-
that's because they're trying to cash out on Destiny bro they're not going to lower the prices. They try to get as much money as they can before they dump the franchise

Gotta fund development since Shadowkeep and the Season Passes are free..... Gotcha! Destiny is free to start but not to progress. They're just after what I like to call, "Dumbass Money." And judging from these forums, they're making out like bandits 😂
