My forsaken didn't give me the season pass even though it said it would. I purchased it about 10 mins ago and have all the content for forsaken other than the season pass.

Forsaken had an annual pass. The season pass is new with Shadowkeep and one season is free with that. Others can be bought with silver in-game.
