Dose bungie actually Look at Posts on here? I would like to know. Because Theres a lot of Good posts on here that go unnoticed. So just wondering if they Look at People's Posts? Or Not?

1 RespuestaHonestly, if you go to Reddit you’d understand why those posts get more communication. I read one yesterday and this guy had extensive numbers crunched I’m talking full on college paper material. It was extremely well written and you couldn’t sense bitterness or salt from the OP.

5 RespuestasEditado por Seraphim Crypto: 10/29/2019 9:55:23 AMWhat many seem to confuse here is that reading them does not equal replying to them. I'm no Bungie Employee and do not speak for them, but personally I am pretty sure that they read a ton of posts each day. However, I think replying to them is a different case entirely. Take a look at the posts where Bungie does reply. These posts usually gain a lot of attention once the blue "Bungie replied" badge is attached to them. I believe that many Users are not prepared for that, and their notification inbox certainly isn't. In case you didn't know, notifications have a limit of 50 alerts; once you hit that cap, oldest alerts are automatically deleted. When a post of mine gains attention, I often lose any other notification other than a single "50+ people replied to your topic ...". More often than not people start using the Bungie reply to fling whatever is on their mind at the Employee. Not saying that's wrong (it's not, people just want to be heard), but this often disrupts the actual topic of the conversation or piece of feedback. Another issue I see, replying to posts takes time. When I end up typing text-walls like this one, it often takes 15+ minutes to type a single reply. Simply observing and collecting feedback is much more time-efficient in that sense, but they also have to sort through all the feedback they collect, and then prepare that to be presented before the other devs. Simply said, it's a ton of work to read through these forums. I know it is for me, because reading through contexts of replies for the bans we issue already takes up time, and I'm often using hours of my free time just to read through the forums. And lastly, I think nobody would be happy about more one-liner replies. Mass-replies would lose their meaning. So, keep writing your feedback. Just because you don't get a reply doesn't mean it's not seen and taken into account. I'm sure they do get noticed. Would you be happier if they would respond to more posts? Let me know.

Just Moderators and Ninjas with banhammer read the posts. Occasionally a few posts are forwarded for Cozmo or dmg to reply to but thats it.
-
Yep. They have community managers, & their entire job is to keep tabs on what the players are saying about the game. Plus I'm sure at least some of the other ~600 people that work at Bungie pop in from time to time.

3 RespuestasTo be honest not really otherwise destiny 2 would be much more on how the community wants to see the game be and don't get me wrong I'm a huge destiny fan but I've have noticed lately players have been dropping again which is very understandable and with what seamed to be full of promise was a huge let down to many all we can do is hope bungie start to listen to the community.

7 RespuestasGod I hope the Devs never look at this toxic shithole of a forum! It's bad enough Cosmo has to suffer through it...
-
No they dont. Unless you have a million or so sheep following you on YouTube or twitch or whatever you never get noticed for coming up with actual ideas to fix the game or make it better. Or you get a cozmo or dmg rely saying they will turn in what you say to the devs and nothing ever happens.
-
Only the ones which say “I made so many friends playing this game”, “I found my wife playing this game”. “I love this game” etc
-
Nope they read Reddit posts
-
When they feel like it
-
I couldn't say for sure, but I do know that they will pass along your thoughts to the development team.
-
Only to the ones that they can handle or ones that they can benefit from so they can say "we do listen/read"
-
The last week of every month they’ll reply to a few posts, that’s it.
-
They only read blind praise. For example: "Finishing moves are the best thing ever."
-
I think you answered your own question. The good posts often get buried under the negative ones. Hell, even reddit better!
-
No they dose not Because of posts like these
-
make a post about eververse needs more cosmetics which should be sold with silver and they’ll assemble like in the movie "Avangers Endgame".
-
Would you want to read through the cesspool?
-
Yes, but it's not exactly consistent.

2 RespuestasGood posts usually don’t get replies from Buggie. Minor issues you can quickly read and decide are good or bad (but definitely nothing even slightly controversial), might get a short reply from their community managers. But then that is mostly how they will “pass the information to developers”. (Somehow - maybe in a weekly summary) . E.g. I’ve tried to report a small bug in the help forums, but no results yet. (Reported twice, after different DLC releases. Still in the game after more than a year. Not listed in “known issues lists”. …But anyone with a title could spot the issue in result screens under 30 seconds. But since Buggie doesn’t do QA, doesn’t have proper issue tracking systems etc. etc.…)
-
They mostly ignore actual feedback and good ideas, but boost nonsense topics like "my doggo borks at Shaxx uwu"
-
Once a while yeah, but they care about what they want to care about.
-
Once in awhile they will reply, but mostly just generic answer of " we will let the devs know your unhappy about ______." Never any real discussions about things. I also heard you might have better luck on Reddit Destiny the game. People have stated they see Cosmo and Damage replying there quite a bit.
-
No, just the community managers. The dev's are most likely over on reddit :/
-
They dose not
