Man Im not reading that. Im enjoying D2 right now and I dont need some dbag Forbes columnist click bait bullshit article telling me all the reasons why I should dislike what I like.

You do realize he loves the game, is very fair with it, and nearly always positive about it...

-
It's your choice, but just because you dislike someone, it doesn't prevent them from having valid opinions
-
Or alternatively form my own opinions on what i do and don't like without having them given to me and in terms of communicating my ideas of what could be done better in the hope that Bungie hears me...well Reddit would be my best bet on that front.
Or alternatively form my own opinions on what i do and don't like without having them given to me and in terms of communicating my ideas of what could be done better in the hope that Bungie hears me...well Reddit would be my best bet on that front.
Funny, I am capable of reading other people's opinion, and still having my own view 😆 I am sure the OP is the same
-
Funny, I do read other peoples opinions...on a forum...about Destiny 2...and still have my own view
-
And yet you won't read what a particular journalist has written because you "have your own opinion". Wow, contradicting yourself there
-
Gonna make this simple Paul: I've read your articles before. Don't like them, think they're sh*t. Not wasting further time. Never said "I don't read articles because I have my own opinion"...that is called a Straw Man argument...where you make up something someone else said and then proceed to argue against this imaginary argument you created yourself. I said that an alternative to reading a Destiny 2 article by someone I dislike is to voice my opinion and discuss it on Reddit where I know Bungie employees look for feedback on Destiny 2. The whole point of these feed back articles is to try and get Bungie to change the game in some manner. I can contribute to having the game changed without reading articles by Paul Tassi, the Forbes guy. TL:DR - I know it's you Paul. No one wants to read your sh*tty Sci Fi novels.
-
Editado por Vertillian: 10/22/2019 4:25:06 AMActually, that was the essence of your response. Also, I still find it highly amusing that Bungie would rather look at Reddit than their official forum.... then again we all know that's not what this forum is for.... and just because you dislike a journalist, because his opinion differs from yours, it doesn't invalidate his points. Funnily enough, he writes about Destiny, not to effect change, but funnily enough, because he is paid to. It's his job. Ah, now I get it... you're just jealous that your opinions aren't worth any money 😂😂😂
-
I never actually said his opinions differ. I said I don’t read his sh*tty articles any more. You guys can continue straw manning without me. Have a good one
-
Actually, it was implied by your earlier comment, and if you don't disagree, your attitude to this 8s sue is completely irrational. Smh
-
I did not get the sense that he was telling people to not enjoy the game, personally. You should give it a look through.
-
He's a thoughtful guy. But I think his points speak more to the problems that a shooter-game oriented guy is having in adjusting to a more RPG oriented Destiny. Rather than issues that are truly game design problems. One man's depth is another man's "complexity".
-
Destiny lacks both depth and complexity. It is the gaming equivalent of a puddle
-
He makes some reasonable points, which is to be expected given the nature of his other Destiny related articles. Obviously it’s your choice whether you read it, but I don’t feel that my enjoyment of D2 has been diminished by reading it.
-
So triggered over some random dudes opinion 😂👍
-
Your threshold for triggered seems pretty low. I'd say people are triggered when Datto calls for nerfs to warlock wells and rally barricades hahaha - oh the hatred. This just seems to be mild disgust because the Forbes guy writes sh*tty click bait articles.
-
Yet you haven't read it, so can't speak to its content. Smh
-
It's you isn't it? Paul Tassi lol? Go on Paul. Give one of your sh*tty sci fi novels a plug while you have the mic.
-
original. So, let me get this straight..... because I am capable of reading a journalists opinions on a game I play, I must be that journalist..... wow, that's gold standard logic!
-
You had to write "let me get this straight..." and then seek clarification over :
It's you isn't it? Paul Tassi lol? Go on Paul. Give one of your sh*tty sci fi novels a plug while you have the mic
What part did you not understand? tsk tsk Paul. Your lack of reading comprehension is rivaled only by your inability to write decent sci-fi novels :)
-
It was for effect..... or was that beyond you? And if you hate the guy so much, why have you read his books?
-
Editado por Viridis Illian: 10/21/2019 4:36:26 AMClick bait would only apply if the title was completely irrelevant to the article and he had no basis for it. It's your choice whether to read it, but do we really need to know that you don't want to read it? Also, I am quite capable of reading a negative/positive review and it not influence my view of a game at all, in the end, it's up to me what I enjoy lol
