before the cross save all characters appears during the cross save process but after the link is done they just disappears from Bungie website, PSN and nothing showing on steam as well.

i can't deactivate the cross save because i bought a silvers recently from PSN store few days before the shadowkeep lunched and they want me to wait 86 days !!!
