He’s basically threatening the safety of anyone who crosses him on this. This is why I said four years ago that he was not someone to be trusted with real power. 24 RespuestasThis is probably why a lot of my conservative friends have stopped supporting Trump. Even if it was a joke, there was no leadup or a hook to it, so it doesn't really come off as a joke at all, but an actual threat. It won't stop his supporters from supporting him though. He even said it himself: He could shoot someone on Fifth Street and his supporters would still support him. Even if that was the joke he made back when he was running for president, it seems like the joke has become reality.

9 RespuestasHmm... That is certainly not good. Due to the laughter Trump may have been making a joke, or playing to the crowd. If he was, it was in bad taste. But I'll see where this goes and see if he was serious or was just saying a bunch of stuff without thinking.
