maybe some help pls?
Okay, so an error happened when I activated cross-save. The error made an authenticate cool down for 90 days.
My friend got the same thing and got help after 5 days. I have waited 30 days... still no help.
Please remove the cooldown! I don't want to be punished by something that wasn't my fault!
I really want to play Shadowkeep with my friends, they are all moving to pc!
If this doesn't get fixed.. I don't know what to do... This actually makes lose interest in the game!
And don't tell me to fill that "cross-save contact form" because you have told me 3 times and I have done it 3 times and still no fix!

Filling out the form several time will just bog down the system and make it harder for other people to receive help, and other people doing the same may be why it's taking so long for you to receive help. [u]Please don't spam the Cross-Save support ticket system.[/u] Destiny Player Support has to manually go through each submission and decide whether something needs to be done, and if they decide something needs to be done, then they do something. Please don't spam the forums about your issue as there's nothing else to be done concerning it. If you've filled out the form, then all you can do is wait. Either you'll end up waiting out the security lockout or your ticket will get seen and a support specialist will fix it. There are literally no other things that can happen beyond those two options.

They only can say that u need to read a consumers agree that even not in contact with our problem. And quarter of a year is comparable punishment - Yes, bungie?!

Your only option is to wait out the remaining time, especially if you’ve filled out the form & received no help. No need to keep spamming the forums.
