It isn't a thing, it will never be a thing nor should it be. It sounds nice in concept but it would be so easy to exploit. Have the lowest-Glory person on the team leave for the benefit of everyone else. For solos, people would DDoS their own teammates when they're about to lose so they don't drop rank.
