All settings are set to highest with Depth of Field disabled and at a 1440p resolution.
I will get 100+ fps in certain areas like the tutorial area which I get 100+ fps. However, in certain areas on Titan and even spawning into the EDZ, my FPS will drop to a constant 58ish which seems very low for what I am running. I would expect to run at least 100+ even with all these settings on high. I have tried lowering settings but oddly enough, it barely improves fps (+3 to +7), even lowering resolution to 1080P. I have noticed that my GPU load will hover around 50% which seems low considering the FPS I am getting and CPU will hover around 60-70%. GPU usage is usually higher in most games.
This seems very wrong
Steps I have tried
Re-install graphics driver with DDU
Uninstall GForce Experience
Disable Game Bar/Mode
Disable Fullscreen Optimization
Disable HPET in Bios
Ran FireStrike to validate performance (Scores are average, looks fine here)
Setting Max Performance in Nvidia Control Panel
Running Repair tool in Battle.net

I having the same problem. It gets specially bad when I am in the tower, my GPU usage is always at 40-50%. It is so weird because last I played the game which was about three weeks ago, I was averaging 140fps gaming at 1440p on high settings. Now in tower it won't go above 60 on same settings. When I go into other areas it barely manages to stay above 60fps but still GPU only at 50% load. It is so frustrating, I have tried just about everything reinstalling GPU drivers, Geforce experience, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Can someone please help.
