Not right off the top of my head. When I did it, i just used google or youtube to find them.

I did as you suggested and found a site for exactly which nodes I haven't unlocked: https://www.d2checklist.com/ And I found a reddit thread suggesting tips om how to get the best RNG chance of obtaining specific override frequencies: https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/8u066q/4040_sleeper_nodes_simple_guide_on_getting_all/ I'm missing 3 Dynamo nodes and 1 Futurescape node, so it looks like combining stems in Olympus Descent is my best shot.
