If you bought shadowkeep already, you have preordered it so you would have the bonuses.

I have the annual pass for d2 but i dont want to waste money on buying the game again if i cant give the code to someone

You are not buying the whole game again, you are buying shadowkeep. Year1 stuff is free for all players and is included only because it is needed to play shadowkeep.
