Why The Cooldown? WHY??
Why do I have to wait 15 seconds between activating Pure Matterglass Lens, Rainmaker and a Fireteam Medallion?
I’m willing to accept that I’m missing something here but I can not think of one good reason.

1 RespuestaBecause they all share the same cooldown. I assume it exists to stop you from using more than one of the same item.
