Just had this happen to me as well. Attempt to enter Gambit, get sent to Titan in a "complete" match, leave, get a "you left an incomplete match" error, banned after this happened 4 times today.
Honestly not sure what can be done about it since we generally just get radio silence from Bungie.
On another note, it did seem like the others in that room were bots from their movements, so I wonder if that was some sort of GM jail. Not sure why I'd be sent there, but it really seems like one.

I'm more accustomed to how normal MMOs work. When someone gets reported, instead of actually having a GM look into it, the game just kinda tosses them into a fake match, a "jail" of sorts. Works well for sorting bots from people since they'd just keep fidgeting and randomly jumping in this fake match instead of leaving. It's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed all of my "teammates" in these instances were just moving side to side, shooting randomly, spinning, or jumping every now and then. Also I saw a few of them in multiple visits.

I kind of like that solution- if the person really is cheating they don't get to mess up other players experience & they don't get any benefit too. Seems so simple that'll it likely not get implemented here.
