I’m convinced Shadowkeep
Will not be as good as people think. Bungie just went yet another week without any news on vendor weapons crucible maps strikes or anything, but they are asking for our pre order money. -blam!- no , I’m not giving up shit without substantial changes
Edit: to be clear, I love the game always have, but I’m just tired of the slow drip of information. Just tell us what’s under the hood now and stop prolonging the crap

Which is develop content without any real substance due to short release schedules and without any real quality. PvP has always been a dumpster fire, and they say they are going to overhaul it just now? Five years after it was born? Yeah my ass they are. Then they announced the release date literally when BL3 comes out, then backtracks as fast as they said it, to [i][b]"give more time in the oven".[/b][/i] That to me is a huge red flag for a multitude of reasons. But yea, ok Bungie. [b][i]Whatever[/i][/b] you say.

I'm not getting it. The promos are just like all the ones in the past; nothing like the game play will actually be. Bungle makes tunnels and corridors to run down so you can fight the boss in a locked room. That's all they do, over and over again. The moon will have drop offs everywhere to try to hide its tiny size. The bad guys will be the same, except maybe with new hats. It will be more of what we already paid for - a boring grind for ugly armor and familiar guns. For solo players who like a good story, there will be endless Crucible, Gambit, Iron Banner and no story that makes any sense. And of course all the great weapons will be locked behind raids and the requirement to play PvP. Not me. Not again.

Yup. Don't pre-order. Watch the game play reviews, surf the forums etc first then decide for yourself if you're prepared to part with the money. You won't lose out much especially if you aren't gunning to be world's first in something in Shadowkeep

Same thing that happened with the annual pass, not only did they ask players to purchase the whole package without knowing what it offered, but they never gave us the choice to buy it individually or at least tell people what each drop was about, and what changes were being introduced 2 or 3 days after release should be a good window for reviews, but so far Bungie hasn't revealed much in terms of Major changes

4 RespuestasI'm not preordering anything from bingo bungo, they lie way to much. They're great with the hype machine, but fall way short on delivery. I'm going to wait a couple weeks after release, and look at some legit reviews, not the you tubers and streamers bingo bungo has in their back pocket, that worship the ground they walk on. Then I will decide, just to many other good games coming out in that time frame to waste more money on bingos hyped garbage.

The way I see it, I’m gonna play it anyways. So yeah, pre-ordered so it’s ready when it comes out. It gives me to weapons to chase, possibly new game modes, a new armor system and the moon. The moon was awesome in destiny 1 and a new spooky moon is even better. If it sucks there’s other games to play, but I don’t think it could be as bad as the Dark Below or Curse of Osiris.

I'd imagine the majority of the content will be us messing about with the new armour. I expect this will lose its lustre quickly. My fear is that a typical week will be the same as it is now. Fingers crossed that we'll actually have a blast though.

Welcome to the cancerous state of the game industry, asking for money early. But honestly some people do it for the preload. Personally, if I’m into a game release I’ll wait till Zero Hour to preorder. Same deal with Shadowkeep

7 RespuestasI’ll caution anyone to avoid inflating the value or quality of anything before it’s even released. I’ve already put together what I think is an objective list of pros and cons, to temper my own excitement: Pro: - it’s new content, period - armor 2.0 - we go back to the Moon (and it’s bigger!) - a raid in the Black Garden - possible peek at the Darkness Con: - more Hive (and probably Taken) - recycled bosses - the narrative team doesn’t have my full confidence - increased grind - another GD exotic handcannon The pros alone are worth the purchase, and maybe the cons won’t be so bad. Does this work for everyone? No, of course not. This is just how I see it. But I’d suggest doing this for anyone that wants at least a personal gauge of how much they’ll enjoy upcoming content.

We don’t know how involved Activision was with the development of Shadowkeep also Bungie don’t have a consistent track record for dlc launches. I my mind I can see Shadowkeep falling because of all the hype surrounding it

If you haven't been shown enough to make up your mind about whether or not to spend your money....then JUST DON"T DO IT. Keep your wallet closed and move on.....or just wait until you do have enough information to make a decision. But no. You're hear starting to trash a DLC that isn't due out to be released for almost another TWO MONTHS.....and if you're a veteran player, you know that Bungie NEVER talks about what is going to be in a content drop until its IN THE CAN and ready to be delivered. So we haven't heard anything about it....and no point expecting to hear about it. Bungie is clearly using the systems changes they plan as part of the way to drive demand. If that isn't enough for you....then keep your money in your wallet and wait until you get the info that you do need.
