The contact us section literally has no contact info other than Bungies address. I don't want random forum support from the community, I need specific account help. There's no way a company is legally allowed to operate and not offer some proper form of support right? Edit. F*** it. I give up. I honestly can't believe that there is no direct contact point. I've never experienced this in my life. I've been able to get help from other publishers/devs from other companies without too much trouble. S*** even EA has a contact point. I appreciate the suggestions, but as mentioned don't want forum support, thanks for everyone's help.
