Soltace sucks
Solstace not allowing completions of quest steps no matter how long I grind this sucks

*Solstice. ===> "Sun standing still" (in the sky). It refers to the Longest and shortest days in the year. Which mark the start of Summer (longest day) and Winter (shortest day). The steps aren't bugged. If you're not progressing, its because you aren't meeting one of the conditions. If it is the step that just says "kill X number of" a particular enemy....it only counts if you have the Element of the Day equipped. So if you aren't the subclass that matches, your kills wont' count. ...and as the other posters have said, they don't count if you aren't wearing the armor.
