Give Blink back to Arc Hunters
Arcstrider is a really powerful super, lots of armor and damage potential. The only problem with it is: it struggles more than any other super to close the gap and secure kills. Giving Blink back to Arcstrider would alleviate this greatly. For real. I'd really appreciate being able to teleport on my hunter again.

I'd love to have blink back as an exotic.
The argument that Arcstaff would be too versatile with blink and dodges- we can remove the infinite dodge when you have blink (or as an exotic) so it works like the other Hunter supers.
The infinite dodge does NOT help close the gap against people who are running away. Nova warp? I got 2 blinks. Stormtrance? I got 1 blink and a crazy damage range. Striker and Spectral can dash in the air and Sentinel/Hammers have projectiles. Do I need to specify Dawnblade and Goldy? Meanwhile Arcstaff has a slam that stops all momentum.
Edit: And bring back Twilight Garrison 👀

If you give Warlocks and Titans access to double and triple jump on all classes then sure.
