Story Time: A couple weeks back I left a toxic relationship. As a petty revenge tactic, my ex went into my xbl account and deleted all of my D2 characters. Needless to say, I was a little upset. I didn't want to start over.
Fast forward to last night. I sign in, create a new character and start anew. Turns out that everything is still there (beyond my collections even) my faction tokens, planetary materials, raid banners, glimmer, legendary shards, EVERYTHING! Even pursuits that I had in progress are still in progress, exactly as I left them. I had no idea that any of that would be saved and I am so unbelievably grateful.
