Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do. You'll have to wait until the punishment is over.

if thats all it takes to get banned cause players send reports with no evidence, i think ill just stop playing destiny altogether.

From what i understand, the reports dont suspend anyone. THey just notify Bungie to take a look at that person. THey check them out and decide if a suspension is in order. Are you on WIFI? IF so, go hard wired.

Oh wow that's some dedication XD Although does show the futility on speaking out sadly. I'm hoping my mind changes comes Shadowkeep and I'm willing to try and rebuild my exotic collect and such at around that point. Theoretically, less money to spend since most of the game would be F2P at that point.
