All of us OffTopicans have the ability to summon anything and use any power. We are all omnipotent, and only choose to limit our power, so as to have fun and be fair to others. That being said, if one of us was keen on not going to prison, and would not come quietly, there is literally nothing anyone could do, as said person could just summon anything to use, use any kind of ability, and grant itself infinite health, making it immortal. If attempts to capture it, not kill it, are made, it could just teleport. And finally, as we all know, OffTopicans really can’t force effects onto an unwilling OffTopican, such as lowering its health or capturing it. When two stubborn OffTopican powers collide, nothing good or satisfactory comes of it, and the battle never ends. At least, it doesn’t end with victory. So, I ask again, what is your plan to capture any of these people, especially Neko Nya?

Neko Nya is my target, or I suppose my army’s targets. There’s not a moment in history that doesn’t have an army waiting for a possible dash for escape. I do not need your guards. I shall decide if they are truly real or not.
